Role Description:

Chauffeur Travel are a professional chauffeur company, looking after corporate and private individuals. Chauffeur Travel are an award winning small chauffeur operator within the UK. As a chauffeur you will make the start and end of all journey’s and enjoyable and stress free experience.

Chauffeur Travel provide a professional and impeccable customer service. Our clients expect professional, friendly and efficient service from the initial booking through to the journey itself. You will be the ambassador for our company and in many instances for our regular clients.
We do not question our client requests as we always put our clients first.

We expect the applicant to be proficient in driving standards and to either hold advanced driving qualifications or be willing to obtain such qualifications.
The applicant must be professional, discreet, polite, friendly and flexible.
Day to day duties will be to collect from all national airports, seaports, railway stations and major cities. The nature of this position will require a degree of unsociable hours, and our business operates 24/7, to meet the needs of our clients. On occasions an overnight stay may be required depending number of driving hours completed.

Employed Administrative Assistant


Role Description:

Chauffeur Travel are a professional chauffeur company, looking after the needs of corporate and private individuals. We are an award winning small chauffeur operator within the southwest, UK.
We provide impeccable customer service. All our clients expect professional, friendly, discreet, efficient and consistent levels of service, starting from the initial booking through to the journey itself.
We expect the applicant to be:

  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Have a proficient and methodical approach to work.
  • Be professional, discreet, polite, friendly, flexible and ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
  • Have an understanding of all major routes to/from all major UK Airports, Seaports, Railway Stations and Major Cities.
  • Be able to work to the demands of our business – Including unsociable hours and weekends.
  • Be able to prioritise tasks for the day ahead but also adapt to immediate changes, when required.

Job Summary:

Competitive salary and benefits.
Ideally be located within Bath or surrounding villages.
Permanent position.
Min 3days per week.
Max 6days per week.
Office hours 09.00am – 17.00pm
Subject to Work levels maybe required to work remotely outside these hours.

Specific Requirements:

  • Answer telephone and deal with enquiries – Use email auto text to record all calls.
  • Check emails and respond accordingly, in order of priority. [Inbox to be kept clear at all times]
  • Call and follow up email to all ‘Contact Us’ enquiries.
  • Book jobs onto booking system and send confirmations to non-account holders.
  • Log into Booking system – Check all jobs booked by account holders and confirm these jobs on the client portal.
  • On our Booking System - Allocate drivers to jobs using availability schedule – Allocate appropriate vehicles to these jobs.
  • Quote all new [non-account holders] enquiries using the ‘quote calculator’
  • Price all bookings [account holders] using the specific client schedules of rates.
  • Invoice and take payment for all non-account holders upon booking.
  • Invoice all account holders at the end of the month jobs and send to relevant accounts departments
  • Process payments using WorldPay virtual account and send receipt.
  • Input Income and Expenditure onto Accounts system and file.
  • Check and input driver hours daily.
  • Check all bookings are on schedule throughout the day and Keep track of vehicles and flights on the RAC tracker.
  • Notify drivers of any known problems.
  • Contact new companies / Chase up new leads / re-approach existing clients.
  • Social Media – Plan, schedule, update all social media platforms on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare vehicles – Hoover, Wipe surfaces, Fill up sweets, Replenish water, Clean windows in/out, Wash car, Febreeze carpets.
  • Print out the next days schedule and colour code drivers.
  • Make sure all jobs are place for the next day.
  • Write handover for days events for next person to pick up on.

Clean Driving Licence preferred.
Smart presentation and impeccable manners.
Intuitive ability to judge situations regarding conversation.
